Guarantees

Refunds are made upon request within 14 days after the purchase date. Refunds are only possible if the key is not valid and may take up to 10 business days (usually faster).

How to return a key:

1. Send us a message at care@gameray.store, providing the name of the game you've purchased and your order ID.

2. We will have to verify the key is indeed not valid which usually takes about 3-4 business days.

3. After that we will send you a refund and you will receive the money on your card or e-wallet within 1-3 business days (depending on the payment method).
